The purpose of this site is to provide free SSDI and SSI information. This site should help those who are contemplating applying for Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income and those individuals who have already applied for Social Security Disability benefits, no matter what stage they are at in the Social Security Disability process. If you have any questions that are not answered by this site or want a free consultation, please feel free to e-mail me at karl@ultimatedisabilityguide.comvisit my law firm's website or call 877-527-5529.  I will try to answer any questions you might have about Social Security Disability (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

My name is Karl Kazmierczak, Esq. I am a Board Certified Social Security Disability Specialist by the National Board of Social Security Disability Advocacy. Please click on the following link for more information on what it means to be a Board Certified Social Security Disability Specialist. I have handled thousands of cases in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

How to Use this site.  If you are new to the process of Social Security Disability, I recommend you start by reading the "disability process."  This page will give you an overview of how your claim is processed and what procedural steps you have to take.  To understand how SSA determines if you are disabled you should read the page, "am I disabled?".  After you read this page, you should follow the different links to get a better understanding of what it takes to prove your disability.  I also strongly suggest you read "how to win" and "key to SSDI and SSI".  There is a lot more information on this site, but this should give you a good starting point to help your claim.

If you need tips on how to win your SSDI or SSI claim, continue to read this site and bookmark it so you can come back and use it as a reference while you take on the Social Security Disability process. Please note that it is my intention to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this site, as I put in great effort to do this. However, the information on this site is not guaranteed and no lawyer-client relationship exists.  This site is not a substitute for consultation with a lawyer.

More Social Security Disability updates from conference.

I have not posted in a while because I have been extremely busy handling the cases in my practice. I will be attending the NOSSCR conference this week and will report anything interesting I learned at the conference. This is a conference of the members of this organization that represents Social Security Disability claimants. Along with going to the conference seminars, this should also give me additional time to work on my website and to get out a new newsletter which I have not done for some time now. I like going to these conferences because they often times give me ideas on new subjects to write about on my website. It has become increasingly difficult for me to add new content to this website because of its popularity. Each night I have to answer numerous e-mails and still do the normal duties of my practice. I am still committed however, to keeping this website up to date. I believe that my hiring of a new experienced Social Security disability lawyer should give me additional time to work on my website. Any of you who has spent any time reading this website realize the amount of time it takes to put something like this together when working alone. Keep checking back as I expect to be adding new pages of information that you are accustomed to reading on my website. Good luck with your claims and continue to research Social Security disability law whether you have a lawyer for your claim or not. Knowledge of the system and what you have to prove is one of the most important tools for winning your claim.

We would like to announce our newest lawyer to our disability firm.

Kazmierczak & Kazmierczak, LLP. Would like to announce that we have hired a new lawyer to help with our expanding caseload. Darren T. Suelto, Esq. joined our firm in August of 2008. We are happy to have him as a member of our firm. He has eight years of trial advocacy and Social Security experience. Mr. Suelto graduated from Brooklyn Law school in 1999 and was admitted to the New York bar in 2000. In 2001, he graduated with a Masters of business administration from Baruch College. Like Karl Kazmierczak, Esq., the author of the site, he believes in the personal touch approach to handling his clients cases.

We are excited to have him and look forward to his continued help with our Social Security Disability cases and believe he can bring some exciting new insight to this website. We felt it was important to bring in a new lawyer who already had significant experience in dealing with Social Security disability claims to best serve our clients. In an era of Social Security Disability law where firms are hiring more and more non-attorney advocates to save on costs we at Kazmierczak & Kazmierczak, LLP. believe that if you hire us to help you with your claim you expect to be helped by an attorney. In our hiring of Darren, we are upholding the promise to have experience Social Security Disability lawyers working on our claims. In the near future, expect to see many new exciting articles from Darren T. Suelto, Esq.. Until now, Karl Kazmierczak, Esq. has been the only author of this website. Karl will continue to write the majority of the articles on this website but expect to see new articles from Darren as well.
