Is there anything out there about disability benefits that is simply to understand?

Everything I have read about disability benefits seems to be so complicated.  You would think they would make the disability benefits easy to understand.  Not our government.  Even when I go to the website or call them I can not seem to get a direct answer about my disability benefits.  What I need to find is a disability guide.  The disability guide should be simple to understand for everyone.  I do not know if there is such a thing as a disability guide to your benefits but if there is not there should be.  I might just keep notes on everything I learn about the benefits and put them into a disability guide for others.
